6x colour coded heavy duty commercial springs – 2x Heavy (red), 2x Medium (green) and 2x Light (yellow).
In addition to the 6x colour coded springs, this unit comes with a 3 tier resistance design that allows users to dial in micro adjustments, and maximise improvements in strength with more refined adjustments.
The height of the pulleys can be adjusted toaccommodate individual users, maximise the range of exercises, and improve the comfortable motion of each movement.
Foot bar can be easily adjusted with a simple pull, rotate, release design, that offers 7 different locked positions.
The headrest can be adjusted into 3 positions to provide maximum comfort to each individual user.
