The platepeg on the front of the machine is 50mm in diameter and iscompatible for use withOlympic weight plates and bumper plates.

The T-Bar Row compound exercisewill target all major back muscles, with the added benefit ofworking the biceps and shoulders.

  The handles are also coated in soft grip rubber, for added comfort and grip. The edges of the handles are beautifully trimmed with metal end caps.
