  Multi-grip handlesare easy to adjust and have been finished with a soft touch rubber coating for greater comfort and grip. Handleshave been designed with multiple starting positions for both bicep curls and tricep pushdowns.

  Multi-position,easily adjustableseatto accommodate users of varying heights and to ensure the ideal position to isolate biceps and triceps during workouts.

• Extra Large Arm Pad
  Ergonomically designed extra wide arm pad, to cater for varying user typesand to eliminate shoulder movements that prevent correct isolation of muscles.

• Precision Engineered Weight Stacks
  This machine comes standard with a 55kg weight stack. The weight platesare fitted with clearly visible weight stickers. Each plate is fitted with premium grade nylon bushings for reduced friction on the guide rods.

• 100kg Optional Weight Stack Upgrade
  This machine can be ordered with a heavier weight stack for more advanced users.

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade 3mm steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear. Fitted with stainless steel guide rods for improved performance and to prevent corrosion caused by user perspiration.

• Upholstery & Padding
  Paddinghas been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality, thick foam padding and finished off with high grade, fully stitched upholstery for maximum comfort and longevity.

  This machine has been rated for use in all Commercial Gyms& Fitness Centres, Personal Training Studios, Corporate and Hotel Gyms, Schools and similar training facilities.

• High Grade Pulleys
  High grade pulleysthat have been engineered to reducedrag on the cables, ensuring an ultra-smooth motion. They use a deep groove design to prevent cablesslipping off the pulleys during use.

• Aircraft Grade Cables
  All of the machines in theHarvardDual range have been fitted with U.S. manufactured aircraft grade cables that have been tested to withstand in excess of 2000Lb (880kg) load.

• Water Bottle & Phone Holder
  The top of the weight stack frame is fitted with a water bottle holder and phone storage during training.
