The Jammer Arm attachment for the Titanium USA G50 Functional Smith can be used as a plate loaded attachment, or connected to the weight stack via the cables.

They are designed so you can easily and safely perform pushing (Chest Press, Shoulder Press etc) and pulling movements (Seated Row, Upright Rows etc ), and can be combined with the leg press plate attachment to created a seated leg press movement.

These Jammer Armsprovide users with four hand positionsand can be set to multiple heights. They are alsovery easy to add or remove during training.

*Leg press plate and bumper plates are not included with the Jammer Arms. These can be purchased as a separateitems.
