The AB30 Adjustable bench can be adjusted from decline, to flat and through to a full inclineoffering a wider range of exercises.

The back can be adjusted to multiple positions so it aligns with your body, providing perfect posture for all your exercise routines. The seat also adjust providing the user with optimum comfort for each exercise.

Fitted with transport wheels so you can easily move the bench around the room or in and out of any squat rack.

The bench comes with both the preacher attachment for bicep development, and the leg extension/curl attachment for leg development.
